A very competent tour guide, lots to learn about Bavarian aristrocrats and former life at the castle.

Though seen as the " also" castle when your next to the neuschwanstein, it ends up being one of the highlights of the entire vacation, you feel it was well loved and loved in by the Bavarian nobles

Interesting tour. Lots of fabric covered in white cloth. You must get there early for your booked tour. Be sure to leave lots and lots of time to get there. Sparse bus service. Big queues. Check the bus times back. DON'T miss the last bus down after visit as we did. It a long walk down to the town.
